1 Ciabatta rolltoasted
6 ozthinly sliced prime rib
2 slicesVermont white cheddar
4 tbspKogi Boom Boom Dipping Sauce and Spread
2 slicescooked bacon
1/2 cupcole slaw (store-bought)

directions

Season prime rib with salt and pepper on both sides and roast to desired temperature.
Toast roll and top with Kogi Boom Boom Dipping Sauce and Spread.
Top with prime rib, cheddar, bacon, and coleslaw.
Serve immediately.
