ingredients

  • 1 Brioche roll
  • 4 tbsp Boom Boom Sauce
  • 5 oz cooked top round of Beef, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
  • 4 slices Jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro

directions

  1. Toast roll and brush both sides with Boom Boom Sauce.
  2. Tossed warm sliced beef in Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce, place on top of warm roll.
  3. Top with sliced jalapeños, carrots and cilantro.
  4. Close sandwich and serve.
