Brioche roll topped with thin sliced beef, Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Sauce, Ken’s Boom Boom Sauce, jalapeños, pickled carrots and cilantro.

ingredients
- 1 Brioche roll
- 4 tbsp Boom Boom Sauce
- 5 oz cooked top round of Beef, sliced
- 2 tbsp Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
- 4 slices Jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
directions
- Toast roll and brush both sides with Boom Boom Sauce.
- Tossed warm sliced beef in Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce, place on top of warm roll.
- Top with sliced jalapeños, carrots and cilantro.
- Close sandwich and serve.
