Seared ribeye steak caramelized in Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade, served in corn tortillas with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes.

  • 1/4 cup Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups Ribeye steak, trimmed, diced ¼ inch
  • 3/8 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 3 Corn tortillas
  • 3/4 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped

directions

  1. Marinate steak in Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce for a minimum of 2 hours, refrigerating until needed.
  2. Sear steak on a flat top or pan until caramelized but keeping meat medium rare.
  3. Divide Sriracha sauce on three tortillas, spreading out evenly.
  4. Place steak in each tortilla and top each with tomatoes and cilantro.
