Seared ribeye steak caramelized in Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade, served in corn tortillas with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes.

- 1/4 cup Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce
- 1 ½ cups Ribeye steak, trimmed, diced ¼ inch
- 3/8 cup Sriracha sauce
- 3 Corn tortillas
- 3/4 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
directions
- Marinate steak in Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce for a minimum of 2 hours, refrigerating until needed.
- Sear steak on a flat top or pan until caramelized but keeping meat medium rare.
- Divide Sriracha sauce on three tortillas, spreading out evenly.
- Place steak in each tortilla and top each with tomatoes and cilantro.
