Udon noodles tossed with carrot, cucumber, cabbage scallions Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki. Garnished with soft boiled egg, sesame seeds and cilantro.

ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cupshredded carrots
  • 1 cupCucumberjulienned
  • 1 cupKogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
  • 1/2 cupScallionssliced very thinly
  • 2 cupsGreen or red cabbagevery thinly sliced
  • 10 ozUdon or soba noodlescooked according to package instructions, then drained
  • 1 tspblack sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cupFresh cilantrochopped

directions

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the eggs and cook for 5½ minutes for a soft center.
  2. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl of cold water for 1 minute. Peel and reserve.
  3. Cut all vegetables and place into bowl.
  4. Cook noodles according to directions, rinse under cool water and drain. Add to bowl.
  5. Add Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce and toss. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
  6. Split soft-boiled eggs in half, add to bowl.
