garlic gochujang chicken cheesesteak

ingredients

  • 4 tbspGarlic Gochujang Sauce
  • 6 ozchicken breastthinly sliced in to strips
  • 2 slicesProvolone cheese
  • 1 6-inch sub roll
  • 1 cupsautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cupsautéed onion

directions

  1. Sauté chicken until cooked through, 165°F, and toss with Garlic Gochujang Sauce.
  2. Top chicken with provolone and melt. Place on roll and top with sautéed onions & mushrooms.
  3. Serve with your choice of side.
