garlic gochujang pulled pork and spinach sandwich

ingredients

  • 2 cupsbaby spinach leaves
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1/8 tspred pepper flakes
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 1 pinchKosher salt
  • 1 Potato roll
  • 4 tbspGarlic Gochujang Sauce
  • 4 ozcooked pulled porkwarm
  • 1 slicesharp provolone
  • 3 slicesbread & butter pickles

directions

  1. To cook spinach, heat olive oil in pan, add spinach and sauté until wilted. Season with garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cut roll in half and drizzle both sides with 2 tbsp Garlic Gochujang Sauce.
  3. Top with pulled pork, provolone, spinach and sliced pickles.
  4. Serve with your choice of side.
