Charred sirloin steak marinated in Kogi Korean BBQ Sauce, served over jasmine rice with wok-charred brussels sprouts and bacon.

Korean BBQ Steak Tips with wok-charred Brussels sprouts

  1. marinate steak for a minimum of 2 hours in Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce.
  2. drain steak and grill over hot char-grill until rare to medium rare.
  3. remove steak from grill, plate alongside hot jasmine rice.
  4. place wok-charred brussels sprouts (instructions below) on side.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBacon
  • 2 cupsBrussels Sprouts
  • 1/8 cupToasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cupRed onion

directions

  1. Cook bacon and reserve grease.
  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and toss with bacon grease.
  3. Place in hot 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove and hold until needed.
  4. Add toasted sesame oil to hot wok until smoking.
  5. Add Brussels sprouts, red onions and bacon. Toss until sprouts are charred.
