Fresh Korean BBQ marinated cauliflower grilled until tender and served on a bed of greens. Finished with cilantro.

ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower steak1 ½ inch thick slice
  • 1/8 cupKogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce
  • 1 tspCilantrochopped
  • Mayo/Sriracha Blend: 1/4 cup mayo + 1/8 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 oz1 oz Baby greens

directions

  1. Cut cauliflower steak from a whole head of cauliflower and marinate in Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce for a minimum of 2 hours.
  2. Flat top or pan grill on medium high heat for about 3 - 4 minutes per side until tender and hot.
  3. Place greens on a plate and place cauliflower next to greens.
  4. Drizzle Mayo/Sriracha blend over greens and cauliflower.
