4 tbspKogi Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce
6 ozchicken breastthinly sliced in to strips
2 slicesProvolone cheese
1 6-inch sub roll
1 cupsautéed mushrooms
1 cupsautéed onion

directions

Sauté chicken until cooked through, 165°F, and toss with Kogi Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce.
Top chicken with provolone and melt. Place on roll and top with sautéed onions & mushrooms.
Serve with your choice of side.
