sticky spicy pulled pork and spinach sandwich
ingredients
- 2 cupsbaby spinach leaves
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1/8 tspred pepper flakes
- 1 tspchopped garlic
- 1 pinchKosher salt
- 1 Potato roll
- 4 tbspKogi Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce
- 4 ozcooked pulled porkwarm
- 1 slicesharp provolone
- 3 slicesbread & butter pickles
directions
- To cook spinach, heat olive oil in pan, add spinach and sauté until wilted. Season with garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Remove and set aside.
- Cut roll in half and drizzle both sides with 2 tbsp Kogi Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce.
- Top with pulled pork, provolone, spinach and sliced pickles.
- Serve with your choice of side.
