Jumbo sea scallops pan seared glazed with a Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Sauce served on a bed of garlic spinach.

  1. Sprinkle sea scallops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in sauté pan on medium high heat.
  2. Pan sear both sides of scallops until well browned, about 1-2 minutes per side. Cook to desired temperature.
  3. Add Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce to pan with scallops, then reduce sauce for about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Serve scallops and sauce on a bed of garlic spinach.

  • 1 tspgarlicchopped
  • 2 cupsbaby spinach
  • salt and pepper

  2. Heat oil.
  3. Add garlic, toss quickly, don’t brown.
  4. Add spinach, salt and pepper and toss to wilt.
