sweet garlic teriyaki shrimp stir-fry

ingredients

  • 1 lb16/20 shrimp (preferably 16/20 count)peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 cupred bell peppersliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cupgreen onionssliced
  • 1 cupsugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cupjulienne carrots
  • 1 cupbok choyjulienne
  • 1 cupKogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
  • 1 cupbrown ricecooked

directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, saute until translucent.
  3. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Heat remaining tablespoon of oil over high heat.
  5. Add the vegetables and stir-fry quickly until the vegetables begin to soften.
  6. Add the shrimp and Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce back to the pan and toss.
  7. Remove and serve over rice.
