sweet garlic teriyaki shrimp stir-fry
ingredients
- 1 lb16/20 shrimp (preferably 16/20 count)peeled and deveined
- 2 tbspsesame oil
- 1 cupred bell peppersliced into thin strips
- 1/4 cupgreen onionssliced
- 1 cupsugar snap peas
- 1/2 cupjulienne carrots
- 1 cupbok choyjulienne
- 1 cupKogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
- 1 cupbrown ricecooked
directions
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, saute until translucent.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Heat remaining tablespoon of oil over high heat.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry quickly until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the shrimp and Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce back to the pan and toss.
- Remove and serve over rice.
